We have worked in Calabria since 2007. Many of the people we work with were friends first. Cherrye met one of our chefs in a childbirth class. We check in with the people at the silk farm the way you check in on family, because at this point, they are. Most of the people we work with started the same way: we tried what they made, loved it, and asked if we could bring people to see it. This is the Calabria we want to share with you.
