By entering these sweepstakes, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is My Bella Vita Travel.
The sweepstakes is open to entrants worldwide aged 18 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes.
This is a Facebook/Instagram/Website sweepstakes.
To submit a valid entry is by the following:
1. Registering for the sweepstakes by filling out the above form
2. Completing all fields with valid details
3. By reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
4. By agreeing to hear from My Bella Vita Travel
The prize is a Food & Wine Tour for two with My Bella Vita Travel including, accommodation, activities and attractions, and meals:
1. Seven days, six nights accommodation. The prize is for the tour only and does not include the cost of traveling to the starting point of the tour and any other costs ie. pre and post tour hotels
2. Activities and attractions that are included: group airport transfer, cooking sessions with local celebrity chef, transportation throughout the itinerary, bilingual tour leader throughout the itinerary, surprise stops for apertivi and cocktails throughout the tour.
3. Most meals – daily breakfast at the hotel, abundant lunch with free flowing wine daily.

The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other person. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winners accept the conditions of use of that prize.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date for entry will be October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 pm GMT (the last day of the draw). After this date, no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or suspend the sweepstakes.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or their agents.
The winners will be notified by email or announced on social media and will be requested to confirm their details as well as their shipping address and will only ever be contacted by the Promoter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
